I am a guide teaching simple yet profound tools and techniques that help transform how one can interact with themselves and in turn the world.

This is accomplished by providing students with the foundation of understanding how sound and movement affect us on a scientific level accompanied with sound exploration. By understanding how something works we are able to satisfy the rational mind so that we access the subconscious mind.

We already have everything we need. Our voices and our bodies.
