Spring. The time of year when the cycles of nature start to come alive. When things begin to emerge from winters rest, yet snow is still blanketing the mountains. When the year is gaining momentum and one feels a shift in their being. The perfect time of year to set intentions and direct energy towards forward movement. This becomes amplified when we are able to come together and create with others. To be supported and nourished by others. To connect with oneself, a group, and the earth.
We welcome you to join us this year at our new host location at the Iron Blosam Lodge at Snowbird Ski Resort, located just 30 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City Utah.
Come experience a weekend full of gentle restorative yoga, guided meditations, sound baths, walks in the woods, and creativity boosting workshops in the beautiful mountains of Northern Utah. This year we are offering two separate weekends to choose from!
During the weekend there will be a reception Sunday evening, making this weekend even more delicious and special.
